Marsha Prescod was very nice and professional but something is very wrong with how they ran their office. Mary scheduled me for a lab works on July 29th for 9am I was in the office exactly 9am only to find out office is closed on a Wednesday morning; i confirmed my appointment the day before July 29th and nobody corrected it.
Last August 10th after I met Marsha Prescod I was scheduled to have a phone visit today at 1:45, nobody called me so I called the office. Mary tells me that my schedule was changed for this coming Wednesday at 12 noon; I said how come nobody notified me of the change of schedule? Mary claims she left a voicemail. I checked there were no voicemail sent on this date.
Your office should get their act together; how many errors can one make on their scheduling, it's not a complicated task, get organized and stay focus on your job!!!!

Effie Is very personable and pleasant to talk to him. we discussed the reason for the appointment and she was able to locate the request that your office had received from Willow Towers. We discussed the content and she said she had all the information she needed to handle the request. i’m very pleased with how she handled the appointment I would be happy to work with her anytime.

Dr. Yang prescribed me two medications that could have caused a fatal overdose. Thank goodness my pharmacy stopped her or I might not be here today. She abandoned me when I was having a crisis she put me in by prescribing medication that I had a bad reaction to. Avoid this dangerous provider.

Had appointment needed before surgery: blood work, urinalysis, EKG .etc . Having blood taken. I didn’t feel a thing. Doctor Eyad answered my questions - informed me what words meant, went over previous test results. The conversation was light , humorous friendly. I was told not to be afraid to ask questions, that I should ask questions about my coming surgery . I’m happy with my visit Tuesday June 16 th.
